Oh and fried pot stickers.

Pho is the shiiiiit! I don't get to eat it much, but I cherish it whenever I have the chance. I freaking love fresh spring rolls too, so much better than the deep fried ones.


I had pot stickers today

kinda jelly that the only Vietnamese restaurant around these here parts is actually a high class sushi bar....with a BYOB policy. Which I can def fux wit.



but still....no pho in these here parts.

I met my wife over a bowl of Pho.

Pho with tripe is actually pretty good!
Vietnamese food is absolutely killer

hold the onions, hold the cilantro (allergic), and pile on the rare steak. phock yes.

I had a couple friends who were really into Pho.

It's good.

Every time that I have had any Vietnamese food it has the freshest ingredients, and you can absolutely tell the difference. They have to take a lot of pride in their food.

I'd eat tripe. In fact I'm drawn to the stranger foods in general. I was the authentic experience, god dammit!

Ahhhh Pho, sweet nectar of the Gods. I'm lucky enough to have a few good Pho restaurants within a 30 mile radius. Also, nothing better when you have a cold.
