Birthdays are for women and children, same as gift-giving holidays in general.
The sooner a fella accepts that, the easier it is to treat like just another day.
Cheer up, it could be worse. For my birthday this past year I got sick and was miserable.
And only 2 people outside of my family even remembered because I don't broadcast the day.
So I'm sensing it's something else on your mind & bothering you, which lead to the creation of this thread when the day was barely half over.
Whatever it is, go buy yourself some ice cream cake.
It fixes everything....sorta.....but only if it has the cookie crunch pieces in between layers of vanilla & chocolate.
