I'm not a big fan of lists, everyone's opinions tend to be very different, even in the top 3. For example, Dr. Strangelove at #17? Really? Ghostbusters #1? I love me some Ghostbusters, but #1? What?
The AVClub has some awesome lists, they are usually not in a particular order and always cover some category like "Most realistic onscreen portrait of drug use."
I love me some Bill Murray and Jarmusch, but they don't always work out so well. The Limits of Control was fucking horrible.

I'm hardly the expert on any kind of movie, but the top two on this list surprised me.
& Lost in Translation is hilarious to me, especially because the comedic moments are juxtaposed with incredibly serious matters.
