SO at last I am getting close to saving 750 bucks and now am faced with a difficult decisions. After much debate with myself I have comedown to two dream guitars that are very similar: The Ichiban and Breadwinner. I love the odd body shapes of them both but cant decide between them. The yboth have thin c-necks, mini humbuckers, and come in white. What do you guys think?

So, this:

or, this:

If all other features you'd want are equal, I'd go with the Ichiban.

Yeah, they both are like identical hardware wise. So a vote for the Ichiban!

Yep, but isn't the street price a lot less than the MSRP?

I would do the top one just because I find the jazzmaster tremolo infinitely useful

Body style wise, you still like the Ichiban more?

Breadwinners have always been on my list of DO WANT ugly guitars. Someday...

I kinda hate it how so many guitar manufacturers don't list the weight along with the other specs.

I don't know how much those Eastwood Breadwinners weigh, but every Ovation Breadwinner I've played've been pretty heavy.

Despite being an architect, I could just about not care any less how things look but how they work. Give me a jazzmaster tremolo any day.

Good point - all of that extra wood's gotta take a toll. Hadn't even thought of that.
