Maybe she could have turned it back on the questioner, something like: Clearly it's not something those people need to know, or feel they need to know, since they live their lives without knowing it. Is it a known unknown or an unknown unknown, meaning, do they know that they don't know it? Are those people apathetic or uneducated? When addressing this problem, it's important to understand the underlying cause before acting to fix it. In this case, I think more study is required. Such as such as such as. South Africa. Iraq. Children.
