Why reviews are horrid

This is a review of the Flashback x4...lock it up people
"Not Impressed
First of all the unit has a nice sound and is very versatile. But I have returned my unit. Reason is the unit did save my presets after powering the unit off. I contacted TC Electronics and they mentioned the unit must be defective. Also the unit is way to big for most pedal boards. Its larger than three single pedals. Another huge disapointment was the looper. I didnt intend to use the looper much but when I did I noticed some issues. So I just played a short blues 1,2,3 rif and saved it and played it back and played lead to it. There is a short delay after each playback that makes it sound terrible - almost unusable. Thats my take on the unit. I had read great reviews on it and I know a lot of musicians use this unit. But my take is its not worth it at this price."
