According to Youtube, there's a recent phenomenon of channeling god/jesus by using 'Worship Pedalboards'.
Apparantly the best method is via delay pedals and ambience fx. modulation pedals in general seem to help.

Meh. I do feel a little weird when I go over there and talk about pedals other than overdrives, but it seems like if you pick the right thread to spread the gospel of fuzz people are somewhat appreciative even if they don't understand it. I've witnessed the hostility and corksniffing over there but I've honestly never been victimized by it at all.
