I have avoided checking them out because their name is dumb, but i clicked on it while browsing other stuff and its not that bad. Makes me wanna listen to Windhand, but its better than I expected them to be based off the name alone. Thanks for turning me onto some decent new tunes.

Yeah that album is guilty of meandering a little, but it’s mostly solid.
Their first release, Doubt (which we discussed ages ago when it came out) is probably more consistent but they’re branching out a bit on this one with pretty cool results on the whole.
The new Windhand split sounds pretty rad.

PELLIOT!

Also, I done bought myself one of the 720 loopers. Had a few minutes to mess around with it this afternoon and so far I'm pretty pleased. I was able to get a seamless loop of a simple progression, so that's all I can really ask for as far as usability goes.

How are you feeling the WRHB? I’m thinking about swapping mine for another set but am undecided.

Picked up this super clean 5150 for cheap yesterday. Probably gonna get my ass kicked for saying it in here, but i believe I like it better paired with the Matamp than the JMP.

I had a 5150 II in the early 2000's and did not know how to use amps effectively, so I thought it was a shit sounding amp (my previous rig: Line 6 rackmount POD + Peavey 120 power amp). I played another 5150 that was in a practice space for a sludge band I played guitar in, that never ended up recording or gigging unfortunately, and was able to make kick ass sounds with it. 5150 is love, if you know how to dial in cool tones with it. In my case I was using it with a first run Meathead and it sounded killer.

Ya 5150s are definitely the business.

Corey, I’m not so sure you’d be envious of my gear these days. I’ve retired everything with tubes. And I’ve seen the horsepower you’ve been slinging. All sorts of lovely glass there.

If you're rocking Quilter and/or vintage solid state, I'm still envious dude. I can never get rid of Mr. Grumpy, so I'm in tubes for all time...but I still love good solid state amps. There's so many I want but can't justify buying, because I barely play what I have now.
