just to show i can do normal too.
this is actually from 1990 and i recently switched necks to a coke bottle rosewood, from a maple strat.
i have used this a ton in live situations and it looks more like a 6 months old guitar rather than a 22 year old guitar.
i traced my 56 Jr for the shape. zebrawood top, alder center and a birdseye maple cap on the back. the neck was made for me by ESP years ago. deep V 15" radius. blah blah blah .... tiesco badge.

thanks guys.
this guitar has always been close to my heart. it was the first one i designed from the ground up for myself and really speaks to where i was at that point in time. i used to be really into natural wood tops and an oiled finish on a simple guitar. i have one more of those necks left and i plan using it on a white pine JR body with an esquire set up. not too far from this one actually, they'll be like distant cousins. but that's a couple bilds down the road from now.
yea it does, it's those white pickups against the wood grain. i always liked that look.

Ha ha. Missed this. Yeah, that's awesome. Kinda reminds me of one of those S.D. Curlee guitars a little.
