Wowow!!! The dreams I had. I was in an amusement park which spanned miles. You had to swim through very clear moats at times. In the distances where huge panoramas which were full of weird cyborg sequences, they were scary but I move towards them anyway and then saw them as the projections they were. Seeing the illusions boosted my confidence and abilities.
Then my wife elbowed me three times (in reality) and I woke up. (she doesn't remember doing that - I did turn sideways and cross that line).
The dream went on forever.
How about you?

I used to take the time before work in the morning to record them daily. Of course at that point in my life I had an hour to kill in a coffee shop before I had to go in...
As I've gotten older, I find I remember less and less of them, and suspect the cumulative effects of drugs and alcohol haven't helped
I miss them. I think later when I'm home I'll find that journal and put one in here, because some of them were pretty amazing.

Oh I just probably remember that one because of the wife elbowing me. I don't remember many either.

Every night I dream about making/thinking-of a to do list for the things I have to do that day, and then doing those things (going to work, running errands, etc). Including all the bullshit details like having to get out of the shower and the heat in my apartment hasn't been working so it's like 40 fucking degrees, sitting in traffic on the way to work, etc.
Then I wake up and have to repeat the day in real life. Needless to say this makes a lot of days pass very slowly for me and I often forget to do things because I remember having already done them.

I always have the weirdest dreams; most often my dreams end with me dying. Last time I had a dream in which I didn't die, it involved me waking up on a barren beach facing toward a huge city that was set on fire. It was night time and I just started walking around on the beach. All of a sudden a bright light shone from one of the buildings and I was all of a sudden dancing in a masquerade ball in a castle-esque building. I had to go the bathroom so I walked down the huge corridor and at the end of hallway was Montel Williams. We started talking and just ended up bro chilling for the rest of the night.
I've always wondered what that dream could possibly mean.

Unfortunately he did not, I can only hope he does in my next dream.

Whoa! I have similar dreams quite a bit. My reoccurring themes are vacation+science fiction+disaster or apocalypse. I'm usually going on a trip somewhere in some crazy space ship/air ship or something, maybe a ski trip (which I haven't done in like a decade) on some epically huge mountain, the landscapes usually consist of rocks, mountains, and rivers or oceans......and then I have to deal with aliens/monsters/zombies/floods/etc in the middle of it. Seriously, it's like a nightly occurrence.

i dreamed last night that i was back at the Little House In The Redwoods. my ex, Kim, came to see me and was actually decent to me, and we told each other we'd like to get together and see each other again sometime...she also had a huge bag of reefer, which was interesting because she didn't smoke and gave me shit about my smoking for the last 3 years we were together (i once responded to this with "I'M A DEADHEAD, AND YOU AREN'T A COP.") i woke up feeling happy, as different to the usual dreams where i'm at the house and she has a whole gaggle of people i've never seen showing up in trucks, Jeeps, and vans to clear out the house and #Occupy The Yard. perhaps it means i've forgiven myself somewhat fr my role in the death of our love and home. my friend Feather always tells me it wasn't my fault, but i still blame myself because hey, that's one to the things i DO.
i also have precognitive dreams which later happen in real life...this has been part of my life since i was five. it's usually a little vignette which i recognize which serves as an early warning. i've avoided more than one episode of fucking things up with my overreactions because i've been forewarned.

One recurring dream I have involves being in a lake/swamp/river while being surrounded by alligators, snakes, and turtles. Mostly alligators. IRL, I'm very much fascinated by them, so usually in the dream I just stare at them in amazement.
I also frequently have dreams about a corrupt government that sends assassins to off me. These dreams are extremely violent, usually. I've done terrible, terrible things to some secret agent men. One in particular involved me using the edges of a stop sign to peel off face flesh to an agent that captured one of my sons. Upon waking from these (even though I'm in the right for protecting myself/those I love), I have to take a minute to shake 'em off. Gives me the creeps typing about it.

last night i dreamed that i was in LA, and my second wife was supposed to meet me for coffee...Frank Zappa was supposed to show up, too, but only drove by in a limo. after that i had to ride my bicycle up and down the street because i couldn't find the place i was supposed to meet Lee at.

actually, the Zappa thing makes sense temporally, because when she and i were married Frank was still alive.

I was swimming in the Ganges and kept scraping on "tree" limbs on the bottom until one caught hold and the whole body came up... We just started swimming faster but the piles got bigger... I woke myself up quick...
I blame this on "Children of the Pyre"...
DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!
It's on Netflix if you wanna test me... I bet you'll make it to the dripping toes and stop...

I had a nightmare last night that I banged some hideous, fat, possibly retarded troll and then she wouldn't leave me alone. It was horrible. The whole dream I was just lying there trying to sleep.
