the soundman killed the vocals in parts for some reason. we were SUPER polite to him, he was a little.... dickish though.

please to share what you think. it's our first show, all kindsa improvement is a-comin', thoughts and opinions are super helpful.

yay! thanks homie! the second vid is actually the first song we ever did. me and Paul kept coming back to that one intro riff for the 2 or 3 months we were working alone until we met Syren. it was about 2 practices before we had it down, and it's always going to be our first real song to me.

It's great music for dancing, so having a big amp and moving air/shaking the place up is only going to do good imo.

lol. i hear you..... but........ seriously, i don't want to overpower the rest of the band, and that 2x12 at about half of what that amp pushes was too loud. i just don't want to haul around a full stack. we're going to work on me doing some minor key stuff with a floor based thing, and i like having an amp that i can put stuff on and still get to comfy.

I know what alexa.'s saying though. It could be the mix or the camera, but your drummer seemed awfully loud comparatively.

yeah. i think live it was a better balance. no FOH at all. they mic'd the bass drum, sampler/drum pad, keys and vocals. most of his kit and my bass were pushing themselves.

we do keep him a BIT louder in the mix than a typical rock band. the whole three piece thing, makes more sense to us to feature him more as a front instrument than a background guy.

....... but yeah. bass should be louder in that vid. ALWAYS LOUDER.
