Man, I am so conflicted about this one. I love the new shape options, but am bummed that it's going to sacrifice the "voice" and "freq" controls that the Baby Quasar sports. Good thing I have my Baby Quasar already.

Looks nice, can't wait to hear how it sounds.
Still waiting for my Starlight DLX, however.
I thought the original Quasar circuit sounded pretty good in the first place.
I don't know about on bass, but double phaser rocks on guitar.

I'm disappointed with this... as I don't understand what they're doing with the product line.
I'm sure it sounds great, but at least have a mix/depth control? I can't help but think of the starlight as it seems to be almost the same controls.

I think it's kinda nice that they're splitting their product line into Quantum and DLX versions.
NIne times out of ten, I'd go with the DLX, but there are people who'd more likely appreciate the Quantums.
It's interesting though what controls SubDecay has chosen to go with on the Quantums given the limited available space. That's the first thing I thought of too. Wot, no depth control? That's what would prevent me from buying one of these. They're not for us, excane. We're DLX.
I think that's their whole thing with the Quantum line. Stripped down versions of their DLX pedals. They'll all be similar that way.

Wow. Cool! But yeah, the Quasars sounded amazing. I would have to stick with them.
