I had some trouble with a pedal recently (like it didn't work after two different replacements); I got prreeetty frustrated (not at Prymaxe) with the whole deal but Prymaxe helped me deal with it no questions axed.

Yeah, those Prymaxe dudes are awesome. All our favorite builders at killer prices, and they always seem to have some sort of deal going. Not to mention their customer service. They sent me a Xero Std instead of the Deluxe, and when I let them know, they sent me a shipping label and shipped the fix the same day. Just great guys all around.
