Pick, I can't help it. Even when I try not to I just scratch it without realizing and out comes the blood again.

If you want scarring or a potential infection, pick at them. Otherwise, let them do their work

i know...i used to pick at everything for decades, and bite my nails to nubbins. i still grind my teeth. i had to teach myself, the same way i had to teach myself not to leave my glasses where i'll step on them. it took me until i was forty to quit biting my nails.

Pick. There's just something so satisfying about picking off a scab, can't not do it.

one corner always starts to come up, and it's like 'i can sacrifice this small corner for science' until you pick off that little corner and the entire scab starts bleeding again and you look like a shark bite victim and everyone asks if you're ok and all you can respond is to say 'worth it'.

Anything to make me bleed, really.
Though, I usually only get scabs on my right wrist from playing bass, and they usually come right off at the next show, pouring blood on my bass. So does "scrape" count?
