Never seen that stuff with Martin Dosh, but Andrew Bird is the shit. I should've seen him when he was in town.

Yepp. Though when I saw them live last fall they just seemed super into it/not high.

Drummer brings the party....that wouldn't surprise me. Dosh is fucking GOOD.

and yes he IS looping all of that himself (anything that isn't drums). Andrew Bird is a god. And I fucking love his guitar tone. Just a little nasty, but chimey and biting.

I looooooooove the assumption by current feeble-minded musicians/laymen that if someone is doing something that eclipses basic and vacuous modern art or the limits of their own imagination that the obvious answer is DRUGS.

Most of these same musicians/laymen have never done anything worth a shit themselves.

Come on now! We all know that most musicians are high. I'm high all the time on crack and gasoline and I even shot some angel dust in my ball sack from time to time.

To be fair to Eric! though, a lot of bands actually do drugs. So the assumption is valid IMO.

Andrew Bird is a very smart man and musician, and I meant it as no disrespect to him, nor attempted to take anything away from his musical prowess. He and Martin Dosh are truly inspiring, as artists.

Whatever bug crawled up your butt needs to die. I'm just as valid a musician as someone that gets paid to put out their own music, not just some feeble-minded layman. All you had to do was say "none of the above" and be done with it. But you just had to take those jabs, huh? Do you feel better about yourself now?
