I'm trying to brace myself for going to work at the bar tonight. I'm sure it's gonna be nuts, but I hope the drunk munchies don't hit until after I've gotten off.

So a round of Jameson (not my favorite either, but it's Irish), and a green beer chaser for everybody!

Work = Giant crock pot of corned beef and cabbage. Eugh. And crazy busy the entire time. Eugh.

So, for the first time in months I got a little drunk. And had a lovely time. No massive tragedies!

One of those big ol' bottles of Jameson and my stomach had a meeting. Though I think it's over now because the Jameson is trying to exit the same door it went in.

having grown up in Chicago, i feel inadequate because i've drunk no green beer and the creek running by my house hasn't been dyed green. at least i wore a green jacket when i went to dinner. and of course there was the smokin' o' the green.

F green beer. Guinness! I drank a whole bunch of it Saturday (and Friday...) and drunk-chowed a really good Reuben as a nightcap to take care of the requisite corned beef intake. Fun times.

It was my birthday that weekend so I'm proud of myslef for not going to hospital for excessive alchol intake and / or being ravaged by angry rugby fans.
