Anyway, this is stupid, that guy is stupid, what the hell. I understand the idea, but you're kinda shooting yourself in the foot (and the balls) by calling it twinkles and downtwinkles... No snaps for him. Also, why not just talk like normal people? If the people there really can't be mature enough to talk to each other, have a rule where if anyone in a discussion is a dick and interrupts or shouts of something they get thrown out.

I think it's because it's easier to get a general consensus from large groups with hand signals instead of everyone saying "yes" or "no".
HOWEVER, the hand signals they chose are really stupid. I like to think they're mostly a joke... but it's -really- not helping them. What ever happened to the good ole show of hands?
But, eh, it's what they want to do and it gets the job done, I guess. It's still silly.
