Apparently in China it´s cheaper to pay for a death than for medical assistance, so people are just left to die or even finished off.
I think the Chinese government is trying to make a law that criminalizes not helping wounded people (the right thing to do, IMO).

Watching that felt like watching a film or something fake, because it's just so hard to believe it happened. It's pretty upsetting that people would ignore somebody who clearly needed help like that.

I was just talking to someone about this sort of thing. In the U.S. and other western countries, we're just so used to having "authorities" to clean up these sorts of messes that a dead deer left by side of the road for a couple days seems weird. In places like China and Thailand, it's not uncommon to have somebody get in a fatal accident and have their motorbike picked up for parts before the body does.
