... every puddle gasoline rainbow?

No matter how I go out I really hope it isn't in a McDonalds crapper. I've had my share of close calls there already.

Well her family won the redneck lottery -- they get to sue McDonalds, who will settle out of court for some NASCAR tickets and a happy meal.

Yup, that poor lady died just a dozen miles from here.

The thing is, this is not the first time this has happened at McDonalds. This is apparently the third CO2-induced death at McDonalds since 2005.

Our local fire department was contacted by the Phoenix, AZ fire department who suggested, correctly, that CO2 was to blame: http://savannahnow.com/news/2011-09-14/ ... alds-death

And, there is another article that says this has happened before at this same McDonalds: http://www2.wsav.com/news/2011/sep/14/f ... r-2411011/

Oh god I so hope they sue the shit out of McD's,....if there is one thing America hasn't had in a long time it's a gratuitous lawsuit against McDogknuckles.

Carbon dioxide, used to carbonate the beverages and normally harmless, was accidentally piped through leaky gas lines in the walls between the soda fountain and the restroom.

Not too sure if I'd consider such a suit gratuitous, especially considering it's happened before and it's something that should not have happened even once.

To be fair, the food there has basically the same effect... just slower.

I consider all these lawsuits that essentially contribute to the nanny state to be gratuitous. For sure something should be done to prevent accidents like this and these accidents are tragic,...but I don't think it's worth getting litigious over (nor do I think spilled coffee is either which to me is the precedent [there may be priors] that set the bar for health and safety bureaucratic, nerfism bullshit).

I guarantee that the health effects of McD's sugary drinks and shitty food are far more dangerous to far more people than a leaky CO2 line. Do I get sue McD's when my child inevitably get's diebeetus because I'm too lazy to cook at home?

This country is fucking sue happy and it's kinda retarded.
