MF Stupid Deal Les Paul w/P90

I know Gibson isn't an ILF favorite but this is a pretty good deal:

Double cutaway with p90s and Goldtop. Interesting....
If it was Singlecut I'd have to hit my buddy up for his GC/MF discount, see if it's worth a shit.

I took my little brother to GC the other day to pick up strings and there was an SG melody maker thing...
Needless to say I tried it out and I never would have thought that a $500 gibson would feel that nice.

I actually like the Double Cut, the switch on the Single Cuts gets all up in my strum.
If this one were TV Yellow I probably couldn't resist.

I'm having that issue on a Mustang with the switch near the lower bout, SUCKS! I feel your pain there.

I have that problem on just about every guitar I play. Clearly the only logical solution is for someone to invent a psychic pickup selector. Just think about what pickup(s) you want and - BAM - there you have it.

Agree, it's great to see some good Gibson prices (on unique models, no less
). Shit's been crazy the last couple years with Gibson and Fender jacking up prices pretty dramatically.

it's been interesting...Gibson seems to have heard the critiques and is bringing out more affordable guitars under the Gibson marque, while Fender seems to be going to more expensive models even in the Squier line.

In the last few weeks MF has had a couple different gibsons rolled out for their Stupid Daily Deals...they did the same thing with the RD Reissues, one day was black, and the next day was the natural color...

I saw that RD sale, surprising as that fucker was only recently reissued.
MF must have some overstock issues.
