What was selection like? Dunlop and EHX?
I know I've seen some cool builders, like EQD and Dwarfcraft, in Premier Guitar, but I wouldn't expect Guitar Player to have anyone like that in their publication.

god its like this magazine is a first year band inductee trying to preach to the choir.
i also like how they "hey jazz guy" section is 90% of the time "hey metal guy who got obsessed with fusion guitarists and owns a shredder gutiar with a figured top"

Hmm... I think the most "boutique" it's gonna get is Zvex. Maybe a Devi.

Very close. No devi, surprisingly. But I did see a Catlinbread (Merkin), and an Earthquaker (Hoof).
