I would do this, but I don't know how to does teh skrien kapz.
I likes teh homemade amateur schtuffs. Y'know real females. The problem is that I'm very fucking critical of camera work. It's tough, but I want the best of both worlds.

assuming windows, pause the vid where you want the cap, then hit alt + print screen. Then open up paint or whatever picture program you want and paste. Then save it.
