All right, it's here.
From the box: This thing is clean. Smart layout, unobtrusive, about the size of an MXR/EHX Nano enclosure. Wiring is solid.
Plug and play: I hate to use words like "hair" and "presence," because those things are subjective and generally unhelpful, but the singing tree is kicking my ass trying to come up with other ways to say it. The gain is low. Real, real low. It seems to be adding a sprinkle of midrange aggressiveness/the mythical "cut." If you've ever just barely overloaded a 250/Distortion + circuit you'll find a lot of familiar tones here. Hints of rudeness without ever going over the line: like a pithy remark at a dinner party where no one knows you.
Not a huge fan of running it behind either of my Muff-circuits (Supercollider & 'Grey Stache), but there's serious magic if you put it in front of 'em. Haven't stacked it with my 250 or my Blue Box yet.
As of now I'm stoked on this as an always on tone sculpter (refer to borderline-useless "hair" "presence" "midrange agressiveness" adjectives). Full band stuff is to follow tonight.
