The damage where I live isn't anywhere near as bad as Monson or Springfield, but it's pretty fucked. Basically all of the surrounding roads and local schools are closed because of the damage. Initally my boss was giving me shit because I had refused to go out on deliveries because of the weather, and didn't take me seriously until he had heard from a customer that cars were flipped over on 84. Fucking tornadoes in MA?

Last week, Tom posted on Facebook that he was having trouble because of storms. Looks like he posted in the Fuzzhugger forum last night, though.

So, yeah. I was in Springfield for work yesterday. I left earlier than normal because I didn't have much work lined up and I was going to visit my buddy out in Boston. So I took off at about 3:45. I get to Boston a little after 5, and my buddy is like "Holy shit dude, I was worried about you." I didn't know what the hell he was talking about. The tornado apparently went right by my work. The building is fine, everyone I work with is fine, but a bunch of cars got messed up in the parking lot.

Holy crap! That is crazy stuff. I watched the footage of the tornado forming, and it was pretty damn freaky.

Glad to hear that everyone's o.k. I got a panicked call from my mother-in-law last night because RI had a tornado warning on for a bit last night. Had to talk her off the ledge, and then try to figure out if my basement even counted as safe shelter if worse came to worse.

I love how the whole state of RI can have a tornado warning. xD

Good to know none of you guys were in it. My heart goes out to those that were, though. This year has been really brutal all around for weather.

Wowza, the pictures look pretty bad. Rhode Island got hit hard by floods last year, and now tornadoes.

p.s. I came into this thread thinking it was Toronado Day, and was confused by the lack of offset Fenders...
