I saw a thread about Nardwuar love on another forum and I was wondering if anyone over at ILF has checked him out?

Dude is hilarious, does incredibly DEEP research on his subjects, asks some crazy questions, creates many awkward moments, and squeezes some "Canadian Connections" into every interview. Most bands actually learn something from the guy, and he's blown several a mind during his tenure talking to bands. It's nice to see a guy that actually loves music getting to do interviews and avoiding the generic, mindless questions usually answered a million times over.

Here's a few clips to get you started if you haven't seen him. The Josh Homme interview is the first one I stumbled upon years ago, listen to the first words out of Josh's mouth, classic Homme! These two seem to get along great now day in newer clips and if Nardwuar can win over Homme, he can infiltrate anybody!

Here's another gem. He actually calls Jack out on his groupie conquests, producing evidence from a website and presents it in front of Meg. The look on Meg's face is priceless!

True, makes for some excellent and entertaining interviews though. Narduar's pushy, irritating, socially awkward, and goes where others choose to avoid, but I'm entertained by that. Most interviews are so stale and boring, he actually drops some interesting knowledge on subjects and audience alike. Plus, I thinks it's all one big act, he likes to ruffle some feathers.

I love his interviews...they great.

i don't really like interviews at all though, honestly. my opinion is super biased
