All you graphic designers out there!

So my blog: [url]effectswire.blogspot.com[/url] has a very boring layout and I'd like to spruce it up with a cool logo and a more interesting background.
My problem: I know nothing about graphic design and am just a terrible artist in the first place
So If any of you want to do this, send me an email michael.t.fetting@gmail.com.
To be honest I can't really afford to pay for this and I know most of you are busy people so this isn't an interesting proposition.
I would however love to set up a link to your site or band etc. on the site as a thank you. Even if you just want a shout-out or a post dedicated to awesome you are that'd be fine!
