i notice ALOT of weed smokers here on ILF. I notice alot of my friends talk about getting high, alot. some smoke 3 or 4 or more times a day and brag about it.

I recently gave up smoking pot. I'll smoke it if somebody offers or maybe ill buy once or twice a month...MAYBE.

I spent an average of 60-90 a week on pot(the dank shit). thats $240-360 a month. since I quit, Ive acquired 8 new pedals in 2 months. not to mention, a new acoustic.

so what im saying is music > weed.

music + weed = broke bliss

you don't have to smoke so much

everything in moderation. also where i live weed is cheap and plentiful and not half bad. it's all about being economical, take regular breaks to keep your tolerance low, don't smoke joints (waterfalls are the best way to save weed, especially if you're smoking alone), etc... i don't even think i've spent 360 dollars on weed in my entire life

an 8th of weed here in fl is $60 sometimes $50 for the dank shit. i cant smoke garbage. so figure 3.5g a week isnt much at all IMO. plus im a blunt man. its the only way. joints and bongs kill weed...burn it right up. and bowls...eh.

I usually get an eighth from the clinic (I live in California) of really bomb kush for $40. I can get it cheaper but it's not as good.

Why waste all that weed with blunts? Shit cant be that good if you cant smoke bowls of it.

I'm broke so I smoke OPW. I usually pay $40 an 1/8 for good hydro. But I've gotten to the point where I only smoke in the evening when the only functioning I have to do is bang my wife.

lol whats there to be paranoid about? big brother? the government indexing everything we do? from what ive learned from a computer forensics major, theres nothing and everything to be scared of. theres alot more going on right now with the information that you input into the internet beside that you smoke weed. especially with facebook, pirating, and emailing.

I started this topic merely to state that musical tools and instruments are a far better use of money than weed. and that if you quit, youd have money money to spend on those things.

Were I live (in Chicago) it's $20 a gram, sometimes less, usually not, depends who you buy from.
