I love how surprised everyone is that the guy who plays a drunk, womanizing Hollywood wreck as a character on a TV show WHO IS BASED ON THE PERSON WHO PLAYS HIM, acts like that in real life.

I think people thought the character was an exaggeration, not an understatement.

I finally caved and looked up the video. Firstly, I'm ironically stealing that bi-winning line as well. Secondly, I hate it when people, who aren't doctors, see other people's behavior and diagnose them with something. Thirdly, that dude is in a straight up manic episode of bipolar disorder.
