Shenanigans I say. Unless this picture was taken in the early eighties and Corgan dug it up ten years later, the years just don't add up.

Although visually, I'll admit it could be her. And I guess it's not a complete coincidence; Being on an album like this would have an impact on a young musician and trying out for the band would make sense.
