don't do this. you'll wind up arrested and in jail facing prison time and expensive legal bills; he'll be gone to the next town. if the theft from your brothers' studio has been reported and Scheisskopf is wanted for that crime, the police there should be able to file a warrant with the cops in the city/cities Schiesskopf is playing on his tour and have him picked up by the cops there.

from what i've read he's had a Texas show cancelled in the past because people were going to fuck him up badly, and the promoter didn't want to have it at his festy. getting him busted would cause celebration all over the internets, but you'd better keep it fairly quiet so he doesn't get wise and cancel.

the FBI is already involved with the situation from the Gretsch Pages. if you contact the guy from that thread who was ripped off and then refunded, they may be able to get the two cases linked.

You could always [grass him out to the RIAA](https://www.riaa.com/reportpiracy.php) for having pirated music on his (probably stolen) ipod -- that'll have a SWAT team around his place in about 15 min max.

My would be band mates rehearsal place was cleaned out, making him unable to take up any gigs for a moment as the insurance company is as slow as they ever are. The theft for his band goes way over 10.000 euros with all the guitars, pedals, amps, cabs, PA system...
