Defiantly a Valco creation. Looks to have the same lay out as the Harmony 304
which runs a 6AU6 or 12AU6 pre, 50C5 power and a 35W4 rectifier.

Great sounding amp.

Kent isn’t as common as the other variations, Silvertone, Harmony, Kay, Airline, National & Supro.

Go get it.
Get it checked out for dried out death cap though before you plug it in. Get it fixed for proper ground w/ isolation trannie too though.

^this, :hello: always have Your newly bought vintage amps checked if they come from private person, pawn shop or auction.

My friend bought a Sound City 100w tube amp, dirt cheap, in late 90's, from a guy that lived near the pub we frequented. When the power was connected, the valve tube blew off - phoooff! :grumpy: sizzle-sizzzle-hissssss

I think it was the standby that got shorted or something, can't remember, but I remember we were pretty upset. The repair with the parts cost the same as the amp, and the electrician sent a note with the amp: 'if not bought from an authorised dealer, always have Your used gear checked before connecting to power - it doesn't cost that much.' Duh. Plus, to really rub it in, the guy who sold the smoking amp to him, seconded the electrician and called him a dumbass in face to not have a decades old amp checked for dust, corrosion, and rat droppings.

...the fukken rat droppings

Yes,inspection. I bought a Silvertone 10xl off the bay. Was beautiful, looked new. Transformer issue, though. Was an easy fix,and the seller was cool enough to pp me $ for the repair.
Also, rat shit: My first Silverface Champ had them all in the open-back cab  YURK!!!
