Everything's chrome in the future!

I'm trying to forget that it's New Years Eve and my options are being holed up by myself or watching Boston Legal with my parents. Not so happy New Year

It's Swedish, though my Swedish skills sucks, for real. It's a minority language here but all the same it's the second official language of Finland. It's taught in school and so people tend to start skipping classes in the tender age, forgetting it all by the age of 20.

Sounds a lot like French in Canada. Only one fucking province here speaks the language, yet it's taught in schools across the whole country. I've got some bullshit certificate claiming I'm bilingual, but I haven't spoken more than five words at a time of French since high school.

Also sounds like Mexican here in the US. Only two place here speak that language... Texas and Southern California. :p hehe. KIDDING! But, seriously I could see spanish being the second official language here in the future. You know after all those "you want to live here, you better speak our language" rednecks die off obviously.

We're so far behind other countries in language education, for both foreign languages and English. Most of those rednecks can hardly speak English as it is. Unfortunately, they're the people who breed like rabbits.

Doesn't the US not have any official language, or something like that?
