I don't know if many people know about these deals that happen every year, but there are a few days left for
The Humble Indie Bundle. It's a way to get a handful of games from indie dev. for uber cheap. Actually you pay what you want, and if you pay more than the average people pay then you also get last years bundle too! I just got both bundles for less than $8.00!!! It's available for both Mac and PC users, so us Mac junkies don't get left out either!
I know this sounds kinda spammy, but I want them to keep offering this deal each year so I'm showing my support. Plus I know how much you guys love to play games.
............ with my heart.Don't be a douche! Go buy it!

Yo yo my former Michigan brother.
Yeeeeah I was reading about these the other day. I'd really love to play "Braid"... I think that is available for Mac. Otherwise, I've been inundated with Wii games lately as I just bought one. Once I finish the nine or so disc games I have, I wanna go on a WiiWare rampage:
World Of Goo
Cave Story
LostWinds 1 & 2
Bit.Trip 1-6
etc.
I read recently that Super Meat Boy may be released as a disc for Wii instead of WiiWare because it's too big. I wonder why they couldn't just split the game into halves.
Word.

Just got these jams.
I've been pretty stoked to play Machinarium and to get it in a bundle like this is super rad.

Yeah, I feel like I just got home from trick-or-treating with a pillowcase full of candy. I don't know which one to try first.
I think I'm going to load up Braid since I played the demo on Xbox live, so I know I love it already.

I think I'm only going to keep a couple loaded on my computer at a time myself. I'm notorious for not finishing things I start, so less options will keep me more focused.

Dude, you should still get this bundle! You could pay a nickel for it if you wanted. But if you paid more than $7.62 you would get last years bundle which includes World of Goo. I know it wouldn't be the same as being able to play it with the Wiimote. Braid is worth the price in itself! That game is so cool. Is Cave Story free in the Wii store? I know it is for pc/mac.
I tried out the demo of Super Meat Boy on Xbox Arcade. It's pretty cool. Reminds me a lot of N+, which I happen to like a little more because you're a ninja and the controls feel a bit better for me. I just sound videos for Lost Winds and Bit.Trip. Those definitely look fun. Especially Lost Winds.

Yeah, the weird thing about WiiWare is that a lot of games are being re-released (in true Nintendo fashion) for way more than they ever cost when they first came out / right now. I think that Cave Story got a bit of a color-scheme upgrade along with a soundtrack upgrade... but yeah, it's like $12. All the Bit.Trips are apparently really simple and really fun. LostWinds 1 is highly regarded as well for its Wiimote functions, and the sequal is supposed to be even better, with more puzzles and powers and stuff.
I RARELY download anything onto my Macbook Pro, as it's my DAW, and I've had horrible luck with computers getting way fucked up in the past. BUT I will consider it for this bundle, or at least for Braid!
I think there are playable demos of a few of those WiiWare games that I mentioned above. I'm not even going to be around my Wii for the next week, so I'll have to wait a bit to see what kind of hot shit I can bash.

I don't know why people feel that posting cool stuff is spam :/
I blame Tom, I blame him and his "rule with an iron fist" style ILF.

I got this the other day. Machinarium is the best game ever made.
Oh, and I just got an email that they also added in all of last year's Humble Bundle games as well, so I got all those games, too.

Braid is seriously the hardest, most amazing game I've ever played.
I'm on world 5 now, world 4 now ranks as one of my top accomplishments in life

I seriously was just sitting there thinking for like 5 minutes about how to get one of the pieces in world 2.
Then I couldn't figure it out and said fuck it.

after world 2 I was like, "this aint nothin, I got this no prob!"
then world 3 came about and I was stuck on a few different parts, after that one was done I was like "shoot, what can they throw at me now that I haven't already done. Its just gonna be rehash from here on out..."
then world 4 and it tripped me out HARD, world 5 is even trippier
it makes me think so laterally, I love it

Lugaru is so much fun. It's deceptively hard and requires more stealth than you might think.
Anywho my brother paid 10 bucks and I'm going to get it if it's still there when I get cash. For 10 bucks or so as well.
Great link!
