How can I shrink down the size of a Danelectro Spring King?

I've a Danelectro Spring King Reverb with the little kick pad :
It's great for that one feature, but I need more room on my pedalboard! Does anyone out there do something similar, but smaller? It's a huuuuuuuuuuuuge space on my pedalboard! Could it be modded perhaps? Are there any similar 'kick' type pedals that I could place on my pedalboard to get the same effect? (I know I can bang my amp about, but would rather have this going on at the pedalboard!)
