If nothing else, Willie has an excellent sense of humor about the whole thing. Not that that makes it right. Kind of just highlights (get it? HIGHlihts! HA!) how ridiculous it all is.

On one side, yes it's illegal, and he took a risk carrying it with him which he now has to answer for.
On the other side- are you really gonna tell me there wasn't better use for taxpayer money than this?

This happens at least once a year alternating between Snoop and Willie. He can't care because his bail was under ten grand and it's not like it'll ruin his career. Ain't no thang.

I love how last time they busted him he also had a huge bag of mushies on the bus.
I can understand how smokers can turn it into a life long habit, but kudos to still be tripping after all these years.
