If the dude is from mexico then my parents have one of his pieces, my sister got two paintings down there years ago by a guy doing them on the street really fast like that and did both right on the spot, she gave one of them to our parents, looks a LOT like that.

I saw that guy too, if it's the same one. I was in Cancun maybe 10+ years ago and he was doing them right on the street, really drew a crowd, no pun intended. Was pretty impressive. Must have made a bundle, he was doing them quick and selling them all.

I've seen dudes do stuff nearly that good before, it took them 20 minutes, and even that was pretty impressive.
