I'm not sure what the rules are on politics and religion.

I'm not a religious person by any means,...but the lunacy in Gainesville Fl. is prompting me to post this.

It sure distracts from any discussion about politicians stonewalling benefits for the families of emergency service workers who died or fell ill doing their jobs when the WTC came down though doesn't it. A whole lot of dog wagging going on.

I don't think this is justified.

Burning a religious text based on the actions of a small sect of one religion, whether or not the rest of the congregation agrees with them sounds like burning a Qur'an because you think Muslims blew up the WTC (which isn't to say they didn't, I really don't know).

Well it turned into a potluck if that makes anyone feel better. I completely agree with the small sect thing, however, we were just joking about, although I wouldn't mind, to make the statement the Chief specified.
