I didn't mean to leave anyone out, a friend who's visiting England relayed to me that they don't know what it is. What is this Irn-Bru? We definitely don't have that in Canada.

we do occasionally have root beer around here. it's pretty rare though and not something you'd find in every newsagent. i've had it a few times and think it's alright. i prefer mountain dew and vanilla coke when it comes to american beverages. soft drinks are basically my one vice, really wish we had more of a selection over here. i've bought stuff from american-soda.co.uk before, even at their outrageous prices, cherry dr pepper was my favourite
dunno how to explain irn-bru really. it's orange and scottish. you really have to try it

So Coke isn't a common thing over there? What else do you have?

nah coke is very much a common thing, like it is everywhere in the world. it's just we don't have all the fancy variations. i want to go to canada, seems like it's a strange hybrid of the best bits of britain and america. do you have cadburys chocolate over there?

We do have cadbury, caramilk and such. Did you mean just straight chocolate made by cadbury? I can't think if I've seen any like that.

There's this place in Spokane, WA that I visit when I'm up there called Real Soda.
Check out the inventory:

Isn't the coloring in Irn-Bru carcinogenic? Also, when I was at the '07 Fringe Festival, one of my good friends drank a shit-ton of that. Said it tasted like bubblegum or something.

Two local convenience stores in my area import it from somewhere (possibly China)! It's wonderful!
