Anybody else here into photography?

Just curious to see if there were other shutterbugs here on the forum. Seems like there are a fair number of artsy types here.

I don't want to start a big wank fest of images, but a few recent favs are posted below.

I used to be a Nikon fanboy (and still have wet dreams about owning my old trusty F4), but these days I've been shooting Canon.

So if you're also a photo guy/gal, let's hear it!

Love photography, but never get to shoot. Just found that my camera fell and I didn't realize it... lens is fogged up and a mount broken. it was just a Nikon kit lens. which is why it broke... still, it was a nice lens and now my camera is useless. Nowdays the camera is just used to shoot pedals, though.

I'm a bit bummed I have tiny hands, though. Entry level Nikon SLRs are all that feel right. >.<

(not sure why, but I love this picture)

Nice work everyone!

I'll be shooting a brewing session this weekend for an upcoming article in Brew Your Own magazine. I'll have to have my photog hat and brewing hat on at the same time. :yay:

Most definitely. I usually end up using my photos for texture fodder in my art / design work.

I am as well. I care a point and shoot digi with me every where I go. I would love to invest in a better camera, but I really like having something small that I don't have to worry about damaging.

I mostly shoot "found" scenes and objects. I tend to us photoshop, etc more to nudge levels and color balance, but sometimes it's fun to nudge harder.
