Epoxy Resin would be my first call to DIY it... it's made for high temperatures and holds strong, give it a try atleast, what have you got to loose.

learnt a new term: "Video Card Installation Nipples"
now I know what to ask for when I walk into a 2ed hand computer store..
the fan does still works, so it shouldn't be too hard to get repaired
and i'll add some epoxy to hold it into place.
save me 100$ (for moar pedals )
