Shit! At least we're getting a summer this year! It's been like three years or so since we've had nice, consistent summer weather here. I was so tired of summer starting mid August and ending the end of September!

If I were to move back to west coast, it would be Portland, without a doubt.
It's an amazing city, the laws are more laid back in Oregon, and Parker and I could finally start playing music together.
I'd probably live in Parker's house, too.

You guys with your talk of cool places to live in has just reaffirmed my constant and burning desire to get the fuck out of Brisbane. This town sucks.

Oh, also, on the chorus thing:
Firstly grunge syndrome is hilarious, but I loved all that early 90s fuzzed out angsty, punk meets psychadelia shtuff, and I contribute my love of all things heavy to my early musical interests in that stuff. So I don't mind a bit of holdover "grunge"love.
Chorus can be great, but as someone else mentioned, you gotta know when and how to use it.
I got a small clone a while back to mod, and I just started playing with it when it arrived and I was just in awe of how nice the analogue shimmer was on it. Previously I had a boss digital dimension and as far as chorus goes, that thing sets the pace, it just sounds evil and nasty and genuinely like two guitars, not just some shit emulation of that sound. But the small clone really impressed me. What I really wanted was one of those stereo electric mistresses that do that blend of chorus and flange, but I was gonna fuck around with the small clone and see what I could do on the cheap.
I got sidetracked.
Chorus good.
Too much chorus bad.
