OK, I talk pretty critically of Devi. I do and that's because I think she is clearly in the wrong and it's not just a mistake, it's a consistent pattern of really mistreating people.
This may not seem like it, but here's an attempt to head off some problems for Devi before they get too bad (Hi Devi, you let us know you are reading so you may want to listen up here). and since it's an open letter, I might as well respond
Some things you might want to consider :
I'm going to hope this (see attachment) was just an attempt at "rallying the base" because you obviously didn't do your legal research. You could very easily be putting yourself in an actionable position.
It's generally only small claims courts that have only monetary award, other courts can compel performance such as enjoining you (but you could also be on the hook for damages, court costs) so "sue me, I don't have any money" might not be that compelling a deterrent this time around.
You've made some statements that suggest willful infringement which could expose you to far greater damages should that come to be.
