90's Orange Matamp? Didn't those companies part ways in like the mid 70's?

review?
only band i know that uses them is silverchair live and the drive channel is pretty heavy

I always wanted a soldano....when I was younger I remembered trying soldanos at my local dealer and was totally blown away by its power and its clarity....and I'm kind of lucky to have put my hands on one....they are rare on the market...at least in my location.

This is one channel and it is 50 watts of pure power. It has a crunchier tone and I find it more define than the JCM 800. I was concerned about the pedal friendly side of it and I'm happy that it is ok. Plus it looks totally cool.....snakeskin tolex.

The first couple years of the reissued ORs in the 90s were built by Jeff Lewis (owner of matamp from early 90s-now)

You can read a bunch about it on the orange forums.

Either one of these 4 pedals will come to me very soon after I sell my tone reaper

Blemmy RRR

Blackarts Pharaoh

Fuzzhugger Upper

DL4

but in the meantime spent 70 bucks and got components to finally make decent recordings! :joy:

yeah the bridge is less than wonderful, so you may want to start investigating alternatives... mustang bridge or the warmoth modified mustang bridge are popular alternatives. a mastery of course would be ideal but costs at least 1/3 the price of the guitar.

Mine was DOA, though the fix turned out to be very simple.
USPS must have given it a good shaking because Ryan's pedals are work of art (inside and out).

Ryan was really nice and fixed everything up, it should be back at my place by tomorrow.
Sadly I'm out of town until Friday
