Thats why I was thinking of adding the mid switch, so you have 4 different tonal options. I think it would be a lil better then just a three way selector for tone, plus it keeps it a lil truer to vintage.

Course you could just be a baller and make it 1 knob, and tune it to your fav setting.

You could even call it THE ACID KING and have a Ricky Kasso graphic.

Definitely would have to send one to the band, though. For karma's sake.

I was actually thinking of calling it the Timothy Leary, and of course I'd send one to Lori

Touche, I could just set it in the bass tone setting and leave it a one knob that everyone will think is a DAM clone. Would mess with a couple peoples heads.

No doubt. You can get Chris to etch you an enclosure 2, slap a big knob on there and boom! its win.

Then put the knob in the opening on the left.

As of right now i don't have the funds to pursue it, but considering my work just forcibly cancelled my family vacation I might have some funds available in a few weeks. All though I should probably pay off some bills first.

They PCBs wouldnt be too much money, i think $10-20 for 3 based on size and since this fucker would be small you could probably get them pretty cheap.

There's a ton of imagery associated with that sort of stuff, especially if you wanted to make it subtler/less obvs.

Feel free to PM and bullshit if you'd like some input!

Think it could be small enough to fit into a 1590a enclosure? Would be pretty slick to have it super small. It's not the PCB's i'm really worried about, its the enclosures and electronics plus the time to build them.

Tis true!!! There's a rack ton of cool imagery that could be used for it. I just always thought the LSD molecule would be a sick etch.

I just might! But this will probably be another one one of my million and one ideas that never goes anywhere... :picard:
