It seems extremely expressive. It reminds me of the IR sensors in the Blippoo Box. I'm definitely going to add this to my list

Yeah I just amended one to my analogue heaven order real quick. Fucking ace recommendation, and it solves the joystick dilemma nicely.

Ah, great if AH has them in stock :thumb: . They can be hard to get sometimes.

One cool thing with the Kommander is that there are two sensors so you can manage to play with both at the same time by moving/rotating your hand/other appendage/body extension. My mother in law had lots of fun controlling my modular with mine once so it's family-friendly too :).

Damn. Sorry to post in here somewhat sporadic nonsense, but as I gear up to start building a modular, this thread continues to be a fountain of information and inspiration for someone who is a little message board wary.

That Koma Kommander seems fucking cool, as did the lightplane.

Moogaudio also had them in stock, and I have one on the way! I'm pretty excited, but also sort of annoyed with myself. I need 4 modules to "finish" my currently planned setup, but I keep spending my savings on random things like this and the Patchulator.

Oh well, I am stoked to integrate both the Kommander and Patchulator into my setup.

No worries about sporadic nonsense. Post some questions or your plan if you need any specific feedback and we'll all be happy to help

Edit: I'm sure I could search this but does anyone know what kind of voltage the CT5 expression input expects? Would be wicked to hook the Kommander up to that

Not sure, but I am excited to use that function with the GB24 as well.

It really is. I'm loving mine. My whole set up is in pieces though. I just got the Kommander and a Patchulator last week. I'm picking up a new desk next week sometime and rearranging everything

and I lit my fucking hand on fire trying to troubleshoot my (two) modules, but we won't count it because I was drinking.

Cool that you both like the Kommander :). Good controllers can make a big difference...

CT5 is supposed to ported to Euro this year, I think.

Hmmm, CT5 in euro would be pretty cool. I hope that does happen and I'm pretty interested to see how it turns out.

Thanks for the offer! At the moment i am looking to find a used mother 32 when my tax return happens. I was drawn bc the two synth related projects I am doing right now are an improv techno thing and a solo industrial thing, and in both instances, instruments with built in sequencers are kind of ridiculously useful. Ialso have a Vermona DRM1, so I have vague future plans of a MI grids or other drum sequencer, or maybe doing effects/sample manipluation, but that all is further down the road. Wanted to just start with something that would be immediately useful and complementary to my bass station ii and esq-1's sounds.

Ugh Oh guys...I am in the midst of building a big Euro set-up...I sold my banana gear because I couldn't (wouldn't) take it out to play or jam with someone so I have bought a 12u 104hp Enclave case and am filling it up.
