Holy shit man.

I'm going to start tomorrow. I'm going to do the progress photos and weight tracking and all that too. I feel like I need to show the results since you took the time to write all that out. I forced myself to take a rest day today after gunslinger suggested I was overdoing it, so I'll be fresh tomorrow too.

Bike Ride at least once a day.
small amount of weights.
more stretching.. i may .. actually buy a mat to stretch on the floor with??

i just do some curls and stuff with dumbbells.
i want to build some mo upper body arm/chest strength .. do i have to get a bench press?
you could get like a pull up bar to hang on your door or something? that's probably good for upper body strength .Yoga is awesome if you really want to do some stretching. my roommate and I do yoga like everyday and it is 10/10

great idea! and - from my homebrew yoga i've been doing - it's been great for getting rid of tension.
thanks.

I also started doing sun salutations. I'm making an effort to exercise every time when I'm in between a game/match/level. So I finally balance out my computer life and my life life.

I think you've finally inspired me to rejoin the gym jwar. Seriously, that's good stuff.
Now you just have to give me a detailed rundown of every single exercise and the correct way to do them :thumb:  :joy:

I sense a series of etched exercise instruction pedals coming out of this. :success:

It's funny, I've thought about doing a youtube series on this before but there are soooooo many out there as it is. LOL. Plus the trolls. Man the trolls in the fitness world are so vast. I'd have to deal with so many negative comments. hahahaha.

Hmmmmm....I'll figure out something. It'll take awhile. Most gyms won't let you record.

I'm glad there's value in what I wrote! I can do that all day baby! hahaha. I used to be able to pump out programs in 5 minutes when I was a trainer. It just makes sense to me. Now I know even more than I did before, so I feel even more confident with what I share.

Just in case anyone is interested in my progress as well. I'm 188 today and sitting right below 7% bodyfat. It's lowest I've been. I've still got two months until my show! LOL! I'm going to be set! I technically only have to drop 5 more lbs of fat total to be at weight. The rest is water. haha. So I'm basically way the fuck ahead of the game.

I'm very self conscious about my front pics. The scare bothers me a lot. Plus I never think I look good,no matter what. It's kind of like a disorder or something. Never happy with my own skin. :(

Well man, I think you look killer. Even if I wasn't a fat face I don't think I could put in the work that you do. Body Dismorphic Disorder is related in some way to OCD though so maybe you should read up on that stuff, see if it puts up any flags? :idk:

We already do 5 reps of teabags each morning before our spread-eagle sauna planking.

Ok, so I seem to have lost 5 pounds in the past 2 days, so I feel like I might be smaller than usual for whatever reason. This heat is probably making me shed water weight like crazy. Anyway here are the current relaxed measurements:

Weight: 170
Shoulder: 49
Upper Arm: 13
Forearm: 11.5
Chest: 41.5
Waist: 32
Thigh: 23
Calf: 15.5

Starting that routine right now, so we'll see how it goes.

It was a good workout. It was hard to force myself to not do extra stuff though. I was sitting at my desk later and kept thinking 'I could do a few pushups...' I think overdoing it has become something of a habit.

It's very easy to overdo it!!! I had the same issue a year ago. When I started going to my bodybuilding coach, he broke it down for me. It's not about how long. It's about the output. If you are expending the energy in 45 minutes, then that's all you need. You never need to be in a gym for more than an hour or a little over. It's just not worth it.
