Every night that you don't act upon this, who knows what is happening to these kids. If you don't feel comfortable making a report then you are left with the option of ignoring the problem or confronting the dad, but if you do that then you're just giving him a heads up to cover his ass. If it were me, well I work at a child abuse prevention agency so I'm a mandated reporter, but even if I weren't I'd hesitate to involve myself and muddy up an investigation. You could try to sleuth out what kind of pills he's giving them but even if you can get in there somehow, you can potentially complicate things so that he gets away with it. If you know anyone you trust who is involved with the family, I suppose you could fish around for more info but it's a risk and those kids' safety is the #1 priority.

Turns out their prescribed for one kid, he has some over active disorder, autism or something ...just bro and sis go reaching into med cabinet, talkin bout using parents credit cards too..dad has one leg so he probably just can't do it all, never see their mother..schools aware of them being problematic. talked to their dad.
