I'm not worried about the manliness of the socks, I just wish they had more of a selection in men's socks.

BTW I must have the octopus socks and mustache socks.

I'm totally buying the "plus-sized" version of those girly thighhigh socks. My manly legs will stretch them out so they aren't quite as long.

Haters gonna hate man

I know the feeling, but I'm supposed to be saving money for going back to college, so I'll just buy a bunch of $80 pedals and candy.

Also: Argyle is my style, even though I always wear long pants and high top Converse so you'll never see them unless it's business time ;) . That's why they call them business socks.

Here's a thing about which I am happy/excited/generally contented:
I just ordered from Avatar speakers a B 410 Neo cabinet
in the Green Tolex, with Oxblood & Goldstripe grill cloth and Black piping.

My amp is the Thunderfunk 550-watt solid state head with the tube-simulator switch, at 4 ohms. :)
The cab i just ordered is going to be 8ohms so that I can add another cab later (hopefully with matching looks).
Does anyone happen to think that pushing an 8ohm speaker cab with a 4ohm amp is a terrible idea??? just wondering

No, I do the same thing. It sounds fine. I have serious avatar bass cab gas. Especially with their new 1x15! :!!!:

ARRRGGHH me too man i had such a hard time picking between the 410 and that new 15!
One of these days I'll have a stack of both. For now the 410 should be more than enough.
But from what i've heard the new one isn't as customizable. I'll ask Dave to be sure.
But yeah that new 15 and the ceramic 6" woofer it's paired with is undoubtedly the shiz.

I went to the U.S. for the first time in a few years (which is kind of sad seeing as I live only a few kilometers from the border). Ate some Jack in the Box, bought the new Venture Bros. dvd and some cheap(er) gas and groceries. And now I'm drinking a huge bottle of fairly good wine! On top of that, I'm watching Top Gear and my girlfriend isn't complaining (she hates the show for some reason that is far beyond my level of comprehension).

had a normal conversation with my ex girlfriend today. it was kinda weird. we broke up like 3 years ago, and we're both in good relationships, but every contact we've had up until today has pretty much been an absolute hate-fest. i think it's a good thing, but idk?

I had a dream that Wayne from the Flaming Lips was going to teach me guitar and stuff, and I was going to build him guitar pedals. And then we crowd-surfed in those big inflatable clear spheres. :!!!:

Excellent :thumb:

I dreamed, dreamt, dreamed that the Blue Collar Comedy Tour was at the Wisconsin State Fair and they were sponsored by Beervy which is a combination of beer and gravy(This is Wisconsin, it probably does exist). I also dreamed that Beervy was delicious. Another part of my dream involved some kind of Justice League type collaboration of superheros that involved at least four different kinds of Batman.

Last night, at work, I drew a doodle of Teddy Roosevelt mowing down a group of communist zombies, or zombunists as i like to call them, with a Tommy Gun. He was shouting, "Trust-Busted, Muthafuckas!"
