I wish I could complete my big board without the Chase Bliss Delay. It's not out until May I guess I'll just have to be content to enter my medium board.

That goes other similar single effect outboard boxes - reverb units... uh, that's all I can think of - Tape Delays and Reverb Units. I'm sure that there are other things that would fall into that category but I've got a dumb brain.

Early digital stuff in rack format is the same way: the giant "what would become a pedal" Boss DE-200, Digi RDS, etc would be the same sort of thing as well, hell, even the Lexicon Vortex "just" a 16 algorhythm stereo delay

I want RILF to happen so badly. I want to create a character sheet for my rig.

It's a case of some stuff is too hard to hide.

I have too many things nobody else uses (custom and otherwise). It's obvious.

I just don'T get the need for secrecy.

board is a board is a board, it's not better because we like each other. Seriously can't imagine anyone going like "ah, these effects mean it must be Honza, it's a sweet board but I don't like him that much" or "Oh it must be Honza.... he's got the best denim jackets across the board, he's getting my vote although the gear is shit..."

I don't think we should feel that self-important about it

I have some rack gear, but I think most of it sits slightly outside the guitar rig scope. If RILF opens the door to general sound design and plain old knob porn I'd love to throw in on the action.
