Put me down fully for NO BYE WEEKS. If we absolutely end up with an odd number of teams then I like the double header idea or if we go with the dummy team then I suggest they score the league median and not average (though honestly I don't know how different those actually end up). Also my other league is on Yahoo and I actually like it better than ESPN.

So what site does everyone prefer? We've had a NO vote on espn, so it's down to NFL.com or Yahoo. I've played on yahoo before, not on nfl, but jwar likes nfl. Any other opinions?

OK, next question is scoring. I like PPR because it makes 3rd down RBs and slot receivers more useful, but our scoring last year favored WRs too much. I just tried changing the settings to 1/2PPR instead, and now the top 25 RBs match the top 25 WRs in scoring almost perfectly. Nice and balanced. How does everyone feel about that? I'm open to any suggestions.

Also, default QB scoring, even with 4 pt TDs, is insane. The 10th QB had more points than the top RB or WR. So I bumped interceptions up to -3 and now the scoring is more balanced, so that the top QBs are around the same points as the top RBs and WRs

I like those ideas. I'm also happy to get rid of kickers. They just add scoring randomness.
